DEAJ Investments LLC (DEAJ) is a vending company of Snacks, Cold Drinks and Coffee registered in the State of Texas in October 2017. It is owned and managed by Dominic E. Javier and Divine A. Javier – a husband and wife team where the DEAJ initials originate. It is operating under the brand and trade name I Love Vending.

Dominic and Divine thought the logo instills the owners’ initials, its laurels depicting a manifestation of a firm handshake in business while the colors Red, Blue, and White depict the standard colors in the flag of Texas. The laurels further manifest an embrace of true partnership when doing business with DEAJ.

Our Business Pillars:

On its inception, DEAJ carefully planned a business model on retail convenience specifically in the food and beverage categories through automated retail systems at the lowest possible costs in secured and safe establishments. The company starts and will focus on automated-telemetric vending machines and shall expand further to cater on micro-markets and on-line deliveries of convenience food and drink products in the future.

Great Customer Service is the strategic commitment of the company. It is the 1st business pillar of the company and shall consistently be executed at all times by providing healthy and high quality products. We value growth, development and long-term commitment with our employees starting from ourselves, the Owners (Chief Executive Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing) all employees, suppliers and contractors of the company.

The company’s infrastructure and facilities are fully insured against General Liability and Property claims. We adhere on Superb Facilities Management and Optimization as the 4th business pillar of the company.

The 5th business pillar of the company is Products (snacks, lunchables and beverages) competitively priced to its customers in reliable vending machines with superb retail technology. Competitive Pricing is a key ingredient to our success in the vending industry. The company also adheres that locations are key in attaining the company’s business objectives.

Reaching as much customers, existing patrons and potential customers, in safe, clean and secured locations. Location is key in realizing our business goals. In any business, location is key to success! Thus, being the 6th business pillar – DEAJ ensures foot traffic survey and trade area analyses are performed and approved before acquiring for any location.

As a new company in the food and drink vending industry, DEAJ is focusing all its efforts and resources in acquiring high foot traffic locations/establishments starting in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Denton areas targeting the cities of Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village, Denton, Grapevine, Coppell, Carrolton, Irving, Dallas, Fort Worth, McKinney, The Colony, Plano, Frisco, Grand Prairie and Garland. The Foot Traffic Survey and Location Analysis methodology is an essential tool the company uses in determining every location/establishment’s long-term viability.

DEAJ has established measures to stay competitive and favourable in the food and drink vending service industry and this is achieved by having a professional, experienced, matured management and staff to handle all services and adhering to the company’s six (6) business pillars: Customer Service, Community and Government Relationship, Promotional Activities, Facilities Management and Optimization, Competitive Pricing and Location.

The company has formulated solid plans to capitalise on the weaknesses of its key competitors by emphasizing on customer care and effective merchandising and planogram management having products filled-up all the time considering the preference of our customers uniquely located in every locations/establishments. And, our commitment to ensure enough products are stocked and transportation readily to meet the demand even in times of supply shortages.

The company adheres to quality control and process enhancement and development. Its adherence is best demonstrated by its organically developed Management Information System (MIS).

Company Development

DEAJ continues to invest on automated telemetric vending machines. Starting January 2020, the company embarks on its expansion program with the intention to complete the laid down programs by investing and deploying a combination of Sixteen (16) vending machines. The DFW-Denton market shall remain top priority with emphasis on developing strategic routes in its key in cities.
